About the Nutritionist & Teacher

Kavita Kadam is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (New York) and a Clinical Nutritionist, a Certified ERYT Yoga Teacher. She is also a certified acupressure therapist.
After experiencing a corporate lifestyle for essentially 15 years; there came a realization point whereby Kavita thought of having some space to enjoy the life’s little things. She began practicing Yoga while looking for something to unwind her thought process.
She chose to walk again on the path of Yoga to prime her passion of health & fitness & soon grew to become fanatical about Yoga and its physical & mental benefits. She went on to explore and study intensively about Nutrition & Yoga. Her classes are the work of a true teacher; authentic, accessible, fun and impactful.

Founder and Owner of Wellness Within and Kavi’s Yoga Atman, has a passion for people, yoga, inspired leadership, community and business. Yogini Kavita Kadam is Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher(ERYT) with Yoga Alliance USA for Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Iyenger Yoga, Vinayasa Flow, Meditation & restorative Yoga. Her energy is amazing and nothing short of inspirational. Yogini Kavita will lead you to your inner most being and help you make a stronger connection to your Higher Self.

Till date, Kavita has conducted over 100 wellness workshops having taught Yoga to over thousands of people. She has been actively working towards bringing awareness about cultivating good food habits to touch the lives of as many people as possible.

FAQs

Certainly. This wellness journey is for anyone who wish to bring a positive shift in their lifestyle. We will learn and practice Asanas and Pranayama step by step from first day itself. We will gradually move towards intermediate or few deep variations in 2nd and 3rd week. Every day we will practice different flow of yoga. This journey is for all ages and all levels of people.
We would recommend the live practice with our mentor and founder teacher. However, for some reason you can’t practice at 6:45 – we will share a class practice link – which would be accessible for 48 hours. You may chose to practice anytime from anywhere.
As mentioned earlier as well, this journey and yoga practice is suitable for all levels. The regular practice of Yoga and Diet Plans might help you reverse the symptoms of few lifestyle diseases.
We use Zoom Meetings for all our Yoga Practice and Diet Consultations. It is very easy and safe to use. You just have to ensure to keep the camera on and mike off during the practice. In case you have any questions, you may always use chat box to chat with us.
Every week diet plans will be updated on our diet platform. You would be given access to the application with a code. You may access the day wise diet plans from the application. In case you can’t access the app, we shall share a PDF of the diet plan through whatsapp.
